ARC (Architectural Review Committee) is an elected group of homeowners, by homeowners, who have accepted a nomination to oversee the architectural and environmental standard set forth in the covenants. This is not limited to the modification of any exterior of any building or the change to any open space in any Lot.
If there are any questions regarding what the ARC oversees please refer to section 5.2 Architectural Review Committee in the HOA covenants.
Please print and submit this form before starting modifications to structure or Lot. Approval pending vote by the ARC.
