HOA

Magruder Crossing HOA Board is nominated homeowners who have been voted on by the community at the annual meeting. It is the responsibility of the HOA to up-hold the by-laws set forth in the covenants.

It is also the responsibility of the HOA to collect fines, fee's and annual dues and to use these monies to maintain and improve the community.
